No sugar added desserts

Does anyone know if the no sugar added desserts use artificial sweeteners? They are a migraine trigger for me, don't want to take a chance. Thanks for any info you have.

I don't know for sure, but I think they do use artificial sweeteners.  The ones I have tried seemed to use them, from what I could tell.

Some use NAS mixes. My guess is yes.

Thanks for all the responses... I am going to skip the no sugar added desserts. Better safe than hiding in a dark, cold room with a migraine!

Yes, they use Splenda. I have asked the Exec Chef on board on the Westerdam on our last Asian cruise (Oct-Dec last year).
