We wandered over to Rising Tides for a few more drinks, and this place is really cool! The Rocket Fuel Espresso Martini was excellent, and I just did a shot of Asombroso reposado that was really nice. Chris is enjoying an amber ale

I saw two of those on my drive from the Dallas area to south of Houston today.  I think they look hideous.  I also had to stop at Buc-Ees on our drive.  It has always amazed me that the place looks like an ant farm with people walking every which way throughout the whole place.  Constant movement.

Yay, cruise day!! I opened my eyes around 4:50 this morning just in time to see Vista coming in. Let us know how parking & embarkation goes this morning. Have fun!!

Checked in and waiting to board! We got in line for the parking garage about 9:30, and once parked checking in was a breeze! The drug dog was working today but left us be. Now we are upstairs waiting to get on. 🙂

Was the garage open or did you have to wait? We rode by right around 10:00 and the traffic was backed up on the road waiting to turn in. The new parking garage is going to be massive compared to the current one there.

Enjoy your trip. I just got off the vista and am sitting at Orlando airport now waiting on a flight.

 

Holy s}<~% debarkation was fast. 
there was a steady line of people walking off at 7:30.

 

We have a late flight so we were in no rush. We went to dining room for breakfast and walked off at 8:30. 
 

We kept walking until we were waiting for the stairs in the terminal. One of the quickest debarcations ever.

I’ll come back and answer questions in a little bit. All I can say right now is dang….embarkation was one of the quickest and best I’ve had in a while, and so far service on board/food/drinks are A++! Currently sitting in the Havana area waiting on our room to be ready and enjoying my first (of many!) Cuban Iced Teas with Diet Pepsi. Cipriando just got put in this bar and is learning, and so far he is doing great!

Cipriando - (sounds like a delicious drink?) that is definitely a bartender we didn't meet.

Ummm….i don’t know!! I forgot to take note, but the one who helped us earlier said he’s normally in the Liquid Lounge.

We arrived at the garage about 9:30 and it was open…yay!! We had a bit of a line, but not bad. The worst part was people who were trying to leave were having to merge into the line of people parking, and honestly it was just really confusing for some. But once we got past the exit area for those leaving, it was easy sailing.

That's definitely why we didn't meet him then - the only time we went to the casino was to get ones for bar tips. lol
