I have a B2B booked for January 2025. I'm trying to determine the best time to pull the trigger on purchasing WiFi and / or Drink Package. I have Elite status but, understand that I can't stack the Elite discount with any other discounts. The current pricing is Classic Drink Package $54.99 (35% Off), Premium Wi-Fi $20.97 (25% off). Is this typical Flash Sale Discounts or should I wait for a deeper discount, Black Friday, etc.? If I was to purchase both now, it would be more expensive than purchasing All Included when I booked the cruises. 

 

Also, If I purchased either of these add-ons and they later came up with a cheaper price, could I cancel the original orders and then place a new order with the new price?

You can buy, cancel and repurchase as frequently as you would pre-cruise, right up until the time they lick it all in.

Yes, you can buy and cancel as sales come and go but what I have found historically the best sales come around July 4th and Black Friday.  We sail in mid August so right now I am waiting for July 4 to see what happens. Like you we are Elite so I know that for Wifi there is always a 30% discount waiting if the sales don't meet my expectations.

If you are going to buy a drink do it anytime as you can alway cancel and rebook.

one thing to look out for , Celebrity will raise the price and give a large % off but the final price will be higher then the price with a smaller discount
