gratuities on invoice

we are pretty sure we pre-paid our gratuities for our cruise next year, but it does not say on the invoice. however, we were helping other family members book their cruises same time as well, so we might have forgotten. is there a way to see, or is there a specific email to use to inquire about it? is there a way to add gratuities online if we find we did not add it yet?

Call and ask them to add gratuities if you don't see this on your booking invoice:

Call and request a copy of your invoice, if gratuities are not on there you did not prepay them.  To now add them you'll have to call, no way to add them yourself after the initial booking.

Get your invoice and in the second blue box it lists the pricing and fees that you have paid, or still owe.  I have attached a copy of mine here. You should see a specific location that lists gratuities if it is prepaid.
