Rare lyndarra Posted July 7 #1 Share Posted July 7 (edited) Are people, entering Australia, now required to declare vapes in their possession and carry a prescription? Any changes yet to incoming passenger cards? https://www.tga.gov.au/news/media-releases/new-vaping-laws-commence-1-july-2024 Edited July 7 by lyndarra
Rare MicCanberra Posted July 7 #2 Share Posted July 7 It is classified as medicinal now, so the forms wouldn't need changing. Itwill be treated as any other drug entering Australia now. People will need to have their scripts with them and only carry for personal use.
