jvz Posted July 16 #1 Share Posted July 16 For the last 3 days, I keep getting the message “Sorry, we hit a snag. Please try again later.” I called RCCL and they acknowledged it is a widespread problem they are working on and wrote up a ticket to have technology dept look into my account.
