What is the difference on the recommended daily amount of gratuities between a balcony stateroom and a grand suite

Thank you, that states that all suites are the same, I thought 1 bed  grand and above was higher, I am obviously mistaken

It’s not really the recommended daily amount. Your account will be charged this amount.

To confirm, all standard staterooms are at one rate, and all suites are at one rate as well but at a higher rate than standard.
