@D&N Tenders have Ruby Princess on its side, not locally hired.

Thought you were talking about Norwegian. Never seen a Carnival group ship using local companies here.

Not sure why they do, although the local boats are faster, higher capacity and local crews will be used to currents.

This is comparable to NCL's basic unlimited WiFi, while most onboard are already sleeping, I managed to achieve these speedtest results ... as in wholly smoke 👍👍👍 🤫😁

We'll chat about this later on, gotta get some zzzzz's and will be 10-8 again in the morning, checking out the buffet breakfast in the Lido.

Good morning (cloudy, foggy and chilly) as we navigate toward Endicott Arm - by 10 AM this morning, most scenic views & times said to be around 11 and 1:30 PM. Seas are calm & nearly flat, around 15 kts.

Oh mine, Starlink test results ... I am beyond happy & satisfied with these numbers.  NCL, you got serious explanations to do it, for this Diamond cruisers.

Sounds good, but don't go 10-55 10-95.  We only use non code, plain words our area.  Tried for nap yesterday only to get mva tied up for 2.5 hours and four ambulances and two flights.

Mking, started some wheels in motion, but no go.  Actually had Mayor of Juneau in our BFE area with her husband a few years ago.  My SIL who just moved here after retirement grew up in Alaska and is bestie with her.  SIL up that way now but she not morning person so no civilian key either.

Was going to see if they could send intern down to give you key to city but with locals not liking cruisers, probably not good career move.

Sad part, her husband kept a couple Harleys in the lower 48 and every summer he'd bike the states.  Last trip RIP.

Hehehe, good afternoon to you again, sir 😁  You are okay  😊 wishing you are here.

Abundance of masks on hand, including the KN95 and K94 series overstocked from prior years, still unexpired. With the Red themed Masquerade gala on Saturday, we can dispose some and pair up with the Phantom Opera half mask.

There are some coughing heard around but no worst than sardined inside those B737Max birds, maybe 5% masked up.  Sanitizer stations outside the restaurants but no washy washy crew members with spray bottles.

Lido has everything and the important options no longer found, all for your (and my) (in) convenience - beans, hashbrown, and smoked salmon - the variety, and Mrs M said, the quality set it apart against NCL ... unless we do the suites routine or Haven, beyond what I consider fair & reasonable.

The buffet isn't overcrowded and spacing of tables & chairs are good, better than we know who.  The rudeness just isn't here, something mythical being Cunard - we began to wonder, maybe it's the older demographics and also hearing more Canadians & Europeans, plus probably 15% of Asian descents.

As if right on cue, time now is 10:05 and we are indeed seeing the skies clearing up ... hello, Endicott Arm.

Time to grab the binoculars to spot wild life and lookout for playful whales, bears and eagles, and the digital camera to record videos.
