On past cruises, the documents included a section where you entered your personal preferences as to your wine choice (if available), bed placement, etc. and other information based on your loyalty level.  I cannot find that page on Royal's site or Crown and Anchor sites.  Has this been eliminated?  I also requested wheel chair assistance for boarding and I don't see that confirmation on my documents.  Where do I find this information>  Thanks

They have sent me a email about some personal choices like beds pushed together. Wine choices I assume you are at least D+. To select a wine you need to call for your amenity gift. Idk if can arrange a wheel chair ahead or not. They have them at the port and I've asked for help but that was very long ago when I cruised with my sister. 

 

Amenity gifts cant be chosen online, you need to call.

The email re bed setup, medical needs, etc. comes just a couple of days before the cruise, and the inbox title is quite generic, so I think many miss it. Something like "welcome aboard".  I've been told you have to reply that day.

For those of us who want the king bed, and no special needs, we don't even need to reply.
