E docs

I printed out my boarding pass but have not yet received the E docs. What exactly are the E docs and do you need them to board?

Also waiting for the luggage tags.

All you need is the boarding pass and required identification.  The e-docs just confirm your booking and itinerary as well as provide the terms & conditions of your cruise, etc.  This is also where the luggage tags are typically found, but you can just provide your stateroom number to the porters at the pier if you don't have the tags and they will fill out and attach tags then.

Edocs with luggage tags are available at 30 days out.

Edocs are 1-2 pages of cruise details and contact info, one page of luggage tags, and the rest is boilerplate fluff.
