Rare ceilidh1 Posted Monday at 08:35 PM Author #26 Share Posted Monday at 08:35 PM I’m always on the prowl (I see where The Tribe’s collective minds went there) for new and interesting drinks . Last week we went for sushi and I tried this crisp, refreshing, Soju infused delight!

Rare ceilidh1 Posted Monday at 10:08 PM Author #31 Share Posted Monday at 10:08 PM Well, this may be good or bad! I set a delivery preference to deliver to the post office if we were not home, as packages are constantly stolen from our front patio. I just got this. ***Spoiler…we were not home. Let’s see if there is anything waiting for me when I get there!
CruzeQueen2 Posted Tuesday at 12:15 AM #32 Share Posted Tuesday at 12:15 AM Hi @ceilidh1 - happy to follow along with you on this sailing. I'll be on Discovery soon! If possible, and not too much trouble, can you find out the price for a bottle of Shafer Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay? I have never been able to purchase this one by the glass...and wonder if I should purchase it ahead in the cruise personalizer in Canadian funds! Just one of those things I do! TIA - thanks for taking us along with you. Have fun!

G and I wish you Bon Voyage! As for cruise cards…well, you’ve met him, so this won’t be a surprise. He punched holes in ours and fed them onto two 4” binder rings. They are both fully loaded. And every time I start mentioning new appliances and countertops, he jingles them like pom poms and asks “And how many countries have you been to?” 😆 1

Rare ceilidh1 Posted Tuesday at 04:47 AM Author #38 Share Posted Tuesday at 04:47 AM I have obviously been under a rock or preoccupied, as I literally just noticed today that our sailaway time from Vancouver is 11pm. I wonder why? It looks as if the ship arrives at the regular time, and it's not like it's a mammoth ship that can't get under the bridge. I would have thought it would be more cost effective to toodle around out in the open ocean than stay docked in Vancouver (first stop is Victoria) but what do I know. It does, of course, mean that limited bars will be open and no shops or casino. I also assume we will have to clear US CBP in San Fran when we disembark, which is ALWAYS a gong show...
cruisingrob21 Posted Tuesday at 05:38 AM #39 Share Posted Tuesday at 05:38 AM In many ways, the Pinnacle class ships (Koningsdam) represents (in my opinion) a closer evolution of the original princess grand class than the princess royal class ships do. I always recommend folks that love the grand class ships but avoid the royal class, to try HAL's pinnacle class ships. 1
Rare ceilidh1 Posted Tuesday at 06:12 PM Author #40 Share Posted Tuesday at 06:12 PM Has anyone else ever received this survey? I don’t partake in the casino, but was willing to fill the survey out. Unfortunately, the button was not activated and there was no link attached, so I wasn’t able to. Pretty much sums up Princess IT (Disclaimer: I know this survey wasn’t specifically sent by Princess but it’s their cruise I’m booked on…) 2
Rare ceilidh1 Posted Tuesday at 06:15 PM Author #41 Share Posted Tuesday at 06:15 PM In other IT news, be careful out there…this morning I got an email from my boss (sent from her correct company email address) with a file in our one drive/sharepoint. Nothing at all unusual or suspicious as that is how we always send files and documents within our company. I logged into one drive and within seconds knew it was a scam as I started getting notifications that my account had been accessed from China. I immediately changed my password and let my boss know. It had already gone out to everyone in the company and many staff had clicked/opened. These hackers are getting very clever! 5

Never got this survey. Maybe it's geared to learn more and draw newbies into the casino?

Well that’s easy…guaranteed win every time! That’s the only way I would play. I’m not a good loser. Especially if money is involved.
Rare ceilidh1 Posted Tuesday at 08:12 PM Author #48 Share Posted Tuesday at 08:12 PM I just realized that receiving the medallion in the mail is equivalent to doing the docs dance! I remember the days we would get a big fat package in the mailbox with luggage tags, boarding passes, etc. That was always a happy dance kind of day! 8
