Can’t add set sail pass to Apple Wallet

I called and they told me my cabin ( I’m a GTy), but said it could change.

Very unlikely. Also, have you looked online recently for your cabin assignment? RCI usually won't tell you a cabin unless it has been assigned.

I have my Set Sail Pass for Icon 9/28 in my wallet, but since that sailing just got cancelled, I booked Celebrity Beyond for 9/29.  And I'm unable to add the new sailing.,

We still can’t add our set sails to our Apple wallet, but a couple of people on our cruise were able to today.  Has anyone else been able to do it and if so are you in the US. I’m just wondering if that could be part of the problem.

FWIW, at least I can see all 4 of our Sails Pass in my iPhone SE 2022 and saved screenshots yesterday ... can't even do that with Android - Samsung Galaxy S22+ and S24's 😤 

 

Paper passes !!! 🤯

There's really no benefit to adding passes to wallets since a screenshot is just as good. I wouldn't sweat it.

In the past I’ve been able to see my guaranteed cabin assignment in apple wallet. That’s the only advantage I know of.

Yes! Just tried it and they went right in, no problem.

It seems to have been fixed. Royal hold me in their chat to try to log out and log in and if that didnt work to uninstall and reinstall the app…...hubby did that and it worked. I just had to log out and log in

I didn't do anything other than click the Check-in button, then View SetSail Pass.  I first tried clicking the Person Icon, then View SetSail Pass, and it didn't work, but it does now.

I couldn't yesterday, but it is working today.
