Langley Cruisers Posted July 27, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 27, 2006 Wine tasting is available when you cruise 7 nights or longer. But you will still get a coupon booklet, welcome back party, and a gift if you are Gold.
renata102 Posted July 27, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted July 27, 2006 i was looking at a cruise compass from the Enchantment of the Sea from a few months ago (4 nighter) and saw wine tasting as an activity. So if that being the case, do we get the coupon?
Schplinky Posted July 27, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 27, 2006 We were on a 4-nighter but the wine tasting wasn't a C&A event. It was a paid activity and we had no coupon. You can look at our cruise compasses which are found in my signature.
critterchick Posted July 27, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 27, 2006 On our most recent Monarch 3-nighter they were offering a wine tasting. It was scheduled for the same time as the Platinum/Diamond reception, so we didn't attend. There was no coupon in the book. The wine tasting had not been offered on prior 3-night cruises, so I think this is a new thing. Maybe the coupon books will catch up!
Mystaken Posted July 27, 2006 #6 Share Posted July 27, 2006 I've been on Majesty three times. There were no winetastings on any of those sailings. I was on a Monarch 3 nighter and there was a winetasting on the AtSea Day. I suspect they only offer them on cruises that have an AtSea Day. Even if you don't get a coupon, the winetasting is worth the $10 charge IMHO.
suezyq50 Posted July 28, 2006 #7 Share Posted July 28, 2006 Don't know about Majesty, but Sovereign 4 night had that event. There was a $10 pp.fee. That amount was deducted from your total. There was a coupon in the book that could be applied.

"what do you mean the amount was deducted from your total." :o
