Gee, I've been waiting for a reply on this, and there's none! I note that the town of Livingston sounds likely, in Guatemala. For example, here's a snippet from an excursion description at rssc.com: "...continue to Livingston and the Villa Caribe Hotel, where you will have lunch and the opportunity to listen to the Garifuna music and dance group."

Pez Quadro has music. It's not a live band though.
