I collect china sets and $495 a place setting would buy a lot of china sets. Gee, none of my sets cost $495 for the entire set.

DON'T KNOW HOW TRUE THIS IS BUT ....... Heard a story of a lady on one of the HAL ships who ordered dinner in her cabin each night. After a few such deliveries, it was noticed by the staff that the dishes were not being returned

Sure enough upon disembarkation, guess what was being carried out!!. HAL did not press charges and the dishes were turned over to security. Guess on her next cruise she should try the Pinnacle

I agree. If you want pretty dishes you can do a whole lot better for a whole lot less. :)
