CDC awards Infinity the perfect 100!

As for Infinity being "filthy", the CDC performed its semi-annual un-announced inspection on 4/28/08 and awarded Infinity the perfect score of 100 out of 100. Congratulations to Celebrity, and to the Infinity crew in particular!

So happy to hear that the Infinity met the requirements to achieve that 100 score, but also being in the restaurant industry, I find that any establishment retaining that type of score is unrealistic.

 

Not saying it is not possible, but I know that when a health inspector comes into our restaurant, their judgement of the regulations is based on each inspectors "Interperatation" of the regulations. This has been a hot topic in Georgia lately as two different officals can come in and perform their evaluation while agreeing to disaggree how the regulations are perceived and in the end, two completely different scores !
