Hello! If we pre-book our dinner arrangements at Pinnacle and Taminrand, can we cancel on board if we change our minds?

I am pretty sure that you can always cancel a reservation with 24 hour notice.

Yes, you can cancel. The money will be returned as an on board credit.

Yes you will get your money refunded. I had to cancel the Pinnacle Grill on our Zuiderdam cruise in Sept. because my husband was sick. We had booked online. However, the money will not show up on your preliminary bill. It wsill be credited the last night of the cruise. I wish I would have known that. When I got the preliminary bill I waited at the front office who then sent me to the Pinnacle. The manager wasn't there and no one could help. I had to wait until that evening and the manager assured me it would be posted that night. It was.

When I pre-booked, the website said that you must cancel 5 days prior to sailing date for a refund. It's good to know that they will issue an OBC if we need to cancel.

The five days mentioned refers to the deadline for canceling on line.

One time we made 3 reservations for the Pinnacle and we were told once we got on the ship that for one of the nights that we had booked, the Pinnacle would be closed for a special party.

We got our money back via shipboard credit.
