Whole grains on the menu on Century?

This will be my first cruise on celebrity, and wondering if whole grains are offered (whole wheat pasta, brown rice etc) on the menus - either main dining room or spa cafe.

I think the cashew chicken my DH ate in the spa cafe was served with brown rice. You can order wheat toast with breakfast, but I'd bet it's not 100 percent whole wheat.

Be sure to ask for the vegetarian menu each night. You're more likely to find whole grains there. You will sometimes see bran muffins at breakfast, but on our recent cruise they were not there daily. I had lentils as a side dish one night and they were delicious. But whole grains, in general, are hard to come by on board.

Thanks for the replies, geoherb and cruisestitch. It was tough to find whole grains on the last cruise I went on, just trying to somewhat stay on a south beach diet.

 

I will ask to see the vegetarian menu, might have more choices since I don't eat beef anyway.

There's one slice of a heavy wheat bread in the bread basket of the MDR. Be sure to ask for more, they're not likely to refill it automatically.
