What does "OP" mean?

I've been a member of Cruise Critic for quite a few months and am guessing that the abbreviation "OP", often used on the forum, means "passenger". Am I right? If not, what does it mean and where does it come from?

That's funny.

But gotta ask. Hasn't winter broken up in Alberta yet?

Hey, you do seem to have a bit too much time on your hands. :D

Nope. Today's weather 5-10 cm. (2-4 inches) snow. Temperature -1 C. (30 F.) It has been a looooong, cold winter!

As one of my favorite TV characters used to say.

Holy Crapola!!! You are about 1,000 kilometers north of us (& 2,000k west). But, we got a bit of that cold here in Maine this morning and a little bit of frost. Just how many hours of summer do you get? :D:D:D

Usually, it seems we just finish chipping the dog off the lamp post and summer is over! LOL

Depends on the location. As an old joke goes:

What do you call snow removal in Calgary? Wait for chinook. (warm winds coming down from the mountains, for those not from AB. Melts that snow ASAP)

What do you call snow removal in Edmonton? Wait for June.
