It'd likely only be visited by ships visiting Jakarta which is the closest large port, but the only ones doing that are Costa. Given the distance (it's about a 3 day round trip from there) for a small destination and that they're focussing on Asian destinations, it would be very unlikely to be added to any itineraries from other lines.
