That price / discount is about as good as it gets. I have read about 1-2 people who got 40% off (once)...but 30% seems to be the best deal...whenever you can get it.

The offer a fixed $20 off a package onboard. So if you are only buying a few days onboard, that $20 discount might be more than the 30% pre-cruise discount. Plus if there are two of you, one can get one day free, and the other can use the $20 discount. So it all depends on how many devices, what speed, and how many days.

We just want one device surf and stream whole cruise.

The best discount is before the final payment day. After that. It goes down to 20%

We got it (the package you referenced) for $78 on board Harmony back in April...booked online in advance when they ran their "special deal". The onboard price was $20 higher at that time.
