riffatsea Posted April 30, 2016 #6 Share Posted April 30, 2016 IF you are on a cruise to Mexico that starts and ends in a USA port it is called a "closed loop cruise" .For those cruises you don't even need a passport although it is good to have one in case you ever need to fly home because of a problem.
