Noro cleaning Serenade 24 Feb sailing

Aboard Serenade now and staying on for b2b. Informed that noro super cleaning will take place tomorrow. We are told that we won't be back on til 11:30 or so. Keep in mind if you show up early as the new guests may have a longer than normal board time or terminal wait.

How serious is the noro outbreak aboard?

Will you be quarantined in an area of the ship while deep cleaning is being done?

Did they say Noro? We're just off Seranade, and most of the illnesses, including my husband and me, are colds, upper respiratory, bronchitis. I know the fan for deep cleaning, was set in front of our cabin when we left this morning! We heard many people talking about colds and heard lots of coughing! It's a nasty bug, and I hope they get it under control. We finished B2B, and didn't get hit until the last port day, so it didn't ruin too much of our cruise. I'd hate for people to get sick at the beginning!

No, everyone will have to get off, they will probably provide a lounge in the terminal for those doing B2B.
