Nicole Lukacs and LCV Team

There have been a number of postings on this forum and within particular threads thanking Nicole, our LCV Ambassador, and her team for dealing with cruise concerns and communications etc.

I agree wholeheartedly with those praises, especially after she and her office helped us on our latest cruise.

As I mentioned on assessing the latest LCV newsletter, I don't know if any other cruise line has a similar dedicated staff, and since her appointment a number of concerns seem to have been resolved appropriately.

I know from this forum that, for British travellers, Mr. Twynam(sp?) seems to be providing equally terrific care.

Thanks to Larry P. and his Miami office for providing these paths to address issues and increase enjoyment of our Azamara experience. The decision to create the offices, at least from our perspective, seems to have certainly been worthwhile.

Couldn't agree more.

Also worth mentioning is the incredible value in having someone steeped in cruise line management experience as a regular blogger here on Cruise Critic to address questions, concerns, etc. These are the kinds of things, along with the wonderful officers and crew onboard, that make Azamara special.

Thank you nordski and marinaro44 for the kind words. In the spirit of Thanksgiving and gratitude, I'm grateful to have both of you asking the questions that need clarification, as well as answering so many questions that others have. Without you, and a multitude of other loyal guests on our forum, my job wouldn't be half as fun.

I'll pass your compliments along to Nicole :)

This is a most gratifying thread about Nicole and our team. The guest experience is something we work very hard on. This applies to the ships and our small staff in Miami. We recognize that a solid and positive guest experience creates advocacy and boost financial performance. Thank you for this lovely comment during the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Thanks for the kind comments and for passing on this message to Nicole,

I do want to emphasize that there have been a number of posts on various threads, the most recent yesterday, that illustrated appreciation for the LCV team.

I'm certain all will appreciate that our thanks has been forwarded.

And, as marinaro44 points out, your presence here is also highly valued.

I think it noteworthy that the well-lauded service provided on Azamara's ships extends to your office.

If I may, on behalf of all those who have praised the LCV team and Bonnie, our Chief Blogging Officer, thanks for responding here

I would like to join in and also applaud Nicole . I have contacted her several times and she has been prompt, professional and friendly in answering my emails. She obtained the information I could not find myself. She is a great asset!

I arrived into Miami yesterday on the Journey transatlantic and was fortunate to be invited to visit the Azamara office with a couple of other guests. The whole team are a delight.

Wow! I am speechless! THANK YOU for your kind words and loyalty! It has been an amazing year and I only hope I continue to live up to your expectations!

I cannot do my job without the support of the entire Azamara Team and our LCV Specialists in Guatemala. We have such a great team and constantly work together to achieve results quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank all my colleagues, because without them, I wouldn't receive your kind compliments and continued support and loyalty.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Hi Nicole,

I wanted to welcome you to Cruise Critic. Was wondering when you'd join in on the fun :)

Thanks again for all that you do for your passionate Azamara guests. Hopefully, we'll have the pleasure of meeting one of these days. We're sailing on Journey in late January, and I'm counting the days.

Happy Holidays to you, and everyone at Azamara !

Well, it took us longer to get home than you Phil, since we spent a long weekend in Florida, and just got back home to San Diego last night. Since Cynthia and I were the " couple of other guests" that visited HQ with you last Friday let me add our kudos to the wonderful job that Nicole has, and is doing for Azamara. Responsive, professional, involved, caring, great attitude are just a few of things that we have learned about her. The one thing that impressed us as we were introduced to the Miami staff is how few in numbers they are, but how personable and dedicated they are to make Azamara the wonderful offering that it has become. It was truly great for the executives to take time out of their busy day and meeting to welcome us, and make us feel "special", but isn't that how we feel on the ships, as well?

Nice words. Bill, it was great to meet you and Cynthia on this cruise and to be able to spend some time with you both, on the ship and at the Azamara office. Hopefully see you on the April ta.

Here, here! Nicole has been of terrific help to us, when it seemed that no one else could help. She's an asset to the company. Wishing Nicole and all her team (however big or small) all the best for the festive season. Jenny and Neil.
