If the port is docked you should expect to be able to begin leaving the ship no more than 15 minutes after the stated docking time, and often as soon as the stated docking time. All aboard is usually 30 minutes prior to sail away, but be sure and check the sign board before leaving the ship.

That is incorrect. Your color tag will be called around 8:15. You then wait in line to exit the ship. After exiting you go to the busses. They are loaded as people arrive and when full leave for the airport. You might be on the first bus, the second, third, etc. There is no set time for a bus. You get to the airport when you get there, it is not scheduled for a specific time.
