Mama bunny does not want to leave a scent that a fox or other predators could follow to the nest, so, yeah, they pretty much don't show up very often. Leave 'em be.

So , here is the background info . The bunnies were found in a flower pot hanging from the outside rafters of my SIL house . The mama either had to climb up there or they were in the flower pot she bought at the plant nursery.

I once bought a holiday flower pot arrangement from Costco only to discover months later that it was crawling with worms .  Moral is look for freeloaders when buying plants .

These bunnies have no mama nearby and leave ‘em be well ….

I spoke with my boss.  Have her look up animal health now dot org.  Put in her zip code and licensed rehabbers may show up.  Or call animal clinics in the area to see if they will help.  If none of this works let me know.

Thank you so much .  Here is a pic taken in flower pot . In the box there is a bunny in upper right , lower right and behind the click circle.

I will pass on your information to her .

If they absolutely can not return or find a rehab place there are instructions online to feed baby bunnies.  I will warn you it isn't easy and there is a high rate of failure.  Having just one person feed them, keep them in a quiet place for them, don't change their bedding too often because they need to have their environment smell the same.

Thank you for your effort to save these bunnies. I’ve let them know what you advised.

Take it back to the nursery so they can find their mom. Or take them to a wildlife center. 😟

They live in Fargo so not sure what is available. I advised them to call the Humane Society and they told her  exactly what you recommend about taking it back to nursery . Mama might be gone .  They have fur but appear to be very young . I relayed your suggestion to them.

  5. Thank you for the well wishes for my husband. They are much appreciated.

Safe trip to @George C !  I’m jealous. Wish it were me going to NYC . My hairstylist leaves on June 10 th to visit her son , a retired NYPD sergeant.

The Memorial Day sale is not a sale. Some prices have actually increased.

@lenquixote66 What is the name of the group you sing with ?

My SIL plant bought a plant at a nursery and there were newborn bunnies in it. What to do ?

We are big fans of Judge Judy and medical detectives on TV.

My comment wasn’t directed at you as I know you wouldn’t stir the pot .  I looked up what is happening in the UK on the 4th and too confusing for me as are your remarks about your lenses.

Judge Judy could not have been that rude when she presided in family court.  Again, manufactured to keep people interested.  My hubby watches medical shows real and fictional.  I have to avert my eyes.

I bet the people in Windsor are not happy .

    Good evening.

It has been raining all day here but it is a mild 55°F.

For information to my friends on here.

July 4th will be a general election in the UK.

I pray everyone is safe and well especially Dani @dani negreanu and her family.

The general election comment could elicit many responses that could get someone banned from here for life.  My reality shows are court cases fictional or otherwise. I’m a big fan of Law & Order and Perry Mason . I’ve watched all the televised major cases and currently hooked on the big one which might just be hearsay meaning second hand info.

i just use a leaf blower and artificial lawn sweeper for the artificial grass area.

Very beautiful and bucolic backyard !

How are you and Linda doing ? I’m seeing a PT for the first time . Trying to keep an old lady upright with exercises to improve stability.

Have you checked out the dining options on the Queen Mary in Long Beach ?

Since I have a wooded back yard, every time I finish mowing I have to check for ticks. I am amazed where I find them underneath my clothes and sometimes in areas I can’t figure how they got there. I am able to get them off before they settle in deep but they always leave an itchy little welt for a few days. Wish I could figure out how they get underneath my clothes so fast.

Are you mowing your artificial turf or do you have more grass back there ?

Hubby is undergoing cataract surgery next Wednesday and at his last exam the doc found a tiny hole in his retina. Fortunately, the retina guy was in the building and easily and quickly fixed with a laser. No long saga story here about his cataract surgery. He’s getting plain lenses and doing both eyes the same day .

Time for an actual cruising question.  We're doing a family cruise on Wonder in November.  Same old, same old itinerary...St. Maarten, St. Thomas, CocoCay.  I'm looking for ideas on St. Maarten. For our first visit there many years ago (including daughters), we did a round the island tour with Bernard's Tours and enjoyed it.  We've since been to Maho Beach several times, and now typically just do a beach/shopping day in Philipsburg.  The "kids" with us are all in their late 20s and will want to do something more active.  We could try Bernard's again...anyone used them recently?   Any other ideas for something new and different?

We spent a week at the Westin in Sint Maarten mostly driving around enjoying the scenery and good food .

Graham-Question for you-have you and Pauline cruised with Cunard out of Southampton?

If so recently could you give us some tips to enjoy the cruise?

    Thank you!

    MJ🙋🏻‍♀️

I’m very sorry for your loss .

I am neither Pauline or Graham however we have sailed on the QM2 out of Southampton and stayed on the QM in Long Beach, CA .

The ship is too formal for me .  The library is extremely nice . I didn’t attend any of the lectures.  The buffet was not to my liking. I didn’t want to dress for dinner so never made it to the dining room .  The staff was polite and helpful.

it was just not my cup of tea . I mentioned this years ago and Lady Hudson replied she enjoyed the ship .

    So whatever rocks your boat.

I’ve begun watching Murder and Other Options and the series takes place on an art deco ship which reminds me of the QM .

Enjoy your cruise on Cunard. We very much liked our repositioning cruise from Québec to Florida on the Serenade.

My wife’s friend wanted to see Challangers ,since I am going we will see Fall Guy instead, we go to movies a lot , always studio movie grill so I can order margaritas and wife gets Chardonnay.

I always watch Kentucky Derby and Preakness and Belmont stakes , did attend Belmont stakes in the 1970’s but not interested in attending anything that has 100,000 other viewers.

Your wife’s friend will be missing out on male frontal nudity.  The tennis shots were great but a very annoying movie .

My only race track experience was at Del Mar in San Diego. Where the surf meets the turf .

Kentucky Derby today 5 hour tv show to cover a two minute race 😁, went to our favorite restaurant last night observed 4 woman at the next table all staring at there phones at the same time.

My friend and I watched the movie The Challengers at a movie theater along with maybe 8 other moviegoers.  It is pitiful how few people go to the movies. Perhaps, it is because the movie was so bad . Too long , too many flashbacks and it was rated R.  She is my former doubles tennis partner and it is about tennis . I would have left but she wanted to stay.

No chance of staring at phones at our table . No phones , books or newspapers allowed.

My granddaughter who is in college is going to Poland May 4 for a ten day trip with 19 other students and 3 Professors. She hopes to be able to make side trips to the city where my father grew up and to the city where my other grew up.

If she is going to Warsaw she should visit the Jewish cemetery.  It will make a lasting impression.

After I got ducked yesterday, we made a trip through the mall near @LionesssSue’s house.

Now, I have never been a fan of those generic mannequins with half a head missing.  Express seems to use them for all their displays. When I looked in their storefront window at the men’s shirts, I saw this.

Now, something just seemed off.  Maybe if someone can figure it out, they could Point out what it is.

That could be one or maybe two Seinfeld episodes.

My parents went on Tauck Tour, many, many years ago to Hawaii and they could not keep from telling everyone how nice it was and that they took care of EVERYTHING on the tour. They really enjoyed it a lot.

Even back then though it was very expensive and even now even more expensive. Probably more then we want to spend.

We toured Germany on a 3 week bus tour courtesy of a German foundation.  The hotels were basic . It was fine .  The highlight was a formal reception in Bonn. You won’t know unless you go .

Going to pack light though, fine with me just shorts and t-shirts and a pair of sneakers. Not having to pack dress clothes like for a cruise sounds like a dream vacation for us.

We can handle our own luggage when packing like no problem. Having to share a bathroom for a night or 2 not a big deal.

Yes, all the hotels are probably going to be nothing like 5 star hotels but no big deal we will be traveling with our boots on the ground getting the real experience of what these countries are all about.

Good Luck on your geek squad arrival, usually those guys know their stuff when they do finally arrive.

It looks like a wonderful itinerary.  I especially like the visits to the museums .  It covers a lot of territory but if you’re able and don’t mind then go for it.  We are too old now and glad we did our independent travel when we did .

No show , yet , for the geek guy.
