  1. You've been here and on ships long enough to know that's not how RCI works. Biker, who will be interested to know how this works for folks booked in markets where the port fee is built into the fare.
  2. It kinda depends on the specific car but you should be fine with a regular UberX.
  3. As reliable as the individual drivers - they won't work for Uber long if they aren't. The chances of any single driver not showing up are very low and a replacement can take over within minutes.
  4. Not everyone gets to participate - calling likely won't change things. The front line RCI CSRs likely won't have much info about how the outside company (Plusgrade) that runs RU operates or why you are not getting an offer.
  5. RCI thought it was doing you a favor for making future joint bookings easier.
  6. If you want to get someone's attention, use the @Merion_Mom callout.
  7. Not if noise is an issue for you. Pick a cabin with cabins all around you and hope you don't have noisy neighbors.
  8. Donate enough at the casino.......
  9. Yes, in the planner it will ask you if you want to add anyone else to the MTD booking while reserving a table for each night.
  10. The F&F flier also updated last week - very limited selection but decent pricing.
  11. With the rise in port fees on some sailings those fees could be more than the cruise fare itself - the 9/15 Radiance Alaska cruise is one such sailing. When the prices on short sailings to Bahamas come back down to earth, you could have that there as well.
  12. Do you think RCI can make money giving away that to every gambler?
  13. cruisedeckplans has good info.
  14. Welcome to CC. The folks in the Roll Call thread for your sailing may have some ideas and well as on the socials. @dani negreanu may also have some advice.
  15. Sometimes, the rate you see is limited to new bookings only, though a good TA can usually get around that.
  16. Ranges of bids vary with what category you start with and may change over time.
  17. Unless you need it all the time every day, you can buy a couple of 24 hour packages on board for the sea days - on port days your cell service should work.
