We just off Discovery Pre cruise purchase on line was $140 , on board price was $169 for 7 days . There was a daily Sea Day sign up sheet to use area , walk ins may not find a lounger unless after 5pm.

Discovery has far less stuff to me ,expensive clothes Love Boat Clothes ,Gildan brand . Pandora charms ,big beauty era as usual . They had a few Louie Vittan ,I did not see people buy much .I heard guests requesting souvenir cups for Soda and Model Ships , none to be had and no Stanley Bears. We went on the Majestic and there was the biggest watch shop you have even seen ,never saw anyone in there either . None of the $10 sales on our last few trips . T Shirts sold outside the Buffet on one day ,that was in ,I may have seen the inch of gold also.

Depends which ship you are on , we were just on Discovery and shops not great . Ruby Princess had much better shopping and sales.

Thats about it . There is nice seating at Good Spirits if you get there early enough to get a window seat. Horizen Court is great place to get a table by window .

On Discovery , have not had one and see no lines .

I think it was $ 132 for 4 devices for 2 weeks , the lady who helped us in Internet Cafe was also a dancer in shows ….said she was giving us a good deal !! No idea if that was true.

I am on the Discovery also , we do not have package as I am Diabetic. The chocolate cake looks like what used to be on room service , Grandmas Chocolate Cake . I believe it was in buffet also 2 layers instead of 3. grandmas Chocolate cake in the buffet is now a rather anemic looking oblong desert. I wonder how long this desert thing will last , lots of travelers have health issues. chocolate dipped strawberries would be a great option.

We got 6 Diet Coke and cans of Tonic , yuk to Tonic . Like you several calls .

On our second week on Discovery , mini bar situation is disappointing . Also no deserts on room service . Only Elite perk left seems to be getting on Tender and internet discount . Royal at Christmas we were treated like royalty … this is a very different experience .

No consideration for Diabetics either.

Correct no deserts , deserts in buffet repetitive .No chocolate cake . Much confusion over many things on board concerning new packages .

I am so confused every member of staff says something different , but the majority say Mini Bar can only be exchanged for soda or beer , Diet Soda is fine for us. I will check Ocean Compass for next bit of B2B thank you . Poor hubby no more deserts on room service he loved the chocolate cake.

I am also on board , the little things for Elite have gone . Blue bags , no toiletaries … not a deal breaker . We were told we had swopped Mini Bar for coffee card , not so charged for coffee the last 3 days . Again we can afford to buy coffee but Guest Services were little help , we are on board next week and they suggested we buy the non alcohol package at a rediculous price . Ports very nice , weather cooler than usual . Gave up Dining Room after first night , 2 hours still waiting for desert so left . Buffet OK if you like an Italian Bar and Indian bar lunch and dinner . Today they did have Sushi Bar. I wondered what had changed since our last cruise on this beautiful ship last October … oh yes it was the Love Boat cruise extra staff and buffet was amazing .just observations feel lucky to be able to cruise .

At GS now whale watching as we come into Cabo ….yes they are complaining about their computers .

Yes they did for this week and next week….only issues so far is we have soda package and keep getting charged for Soda ,crew a little confused about the soda card .

On Discovery stopped mine ,no problem .

We are on Discover at the moment , we were able to exchange mini bar for Coffee Card .The Soda pkg was purchased a while ago . In the past we have had the Package …much easier I must say ,as an Insulin Dependant Diabetic juice and deserts are off limits . We plan on having one drink a day which is fine for us.

The adult pool Deck 17 below the Sanctuary is nice if you can get a spot . I would like to try the Sanctuary but have never been able to get on board in time.

We are on board ,already got the transfers back in OBC …. Our return is not with EZ air as we got a Direct SW Long Beach to Reno. Delta had no other options for us today , heard several using United have have not made it to the ship. we were so lucky this time.

Cruise gods were with us got on overpriced SW to Long Beach . EZ air did nothing and said we had to call Princess at 8 am !!! They did say many not making ship and we could not join ship in Cabo as tender port. we land in Long Beach 10.30 am … panic over .
