I did get the discount in the spa. Excursions- clamshell rental, but take very few anymore. Laundry 2x in 7 days- better than the money I paid on HAL! Canapés gross. Might try Captsin lounge since I saw an impro in some recent pics. Really enjoyed tea in cabin- wish it was 2 pm. Don’t need much if you have a package.

I think it was on my app briefly as Premier Plus- which was when it was a glitch since I never bought a package. Now it went back to premier with the 2 casual in my app. Reported this. They know but won’t fix it. Their computers show I have standard fare no package.

Some sanctuary class are including the premier package. Take a look at the Premier & plus packages- premier will be unlimited Specialty dining- overcrowded and understaffed? Changes are coming as of October 14/24.

It is true. Even the deluxe balcony in aft section will be using the same benefits Sanctuary- that suites get except for the lounge.

Good points. I use laundry, minibar setup, 10% discounts, afternoon tea and that’s about it.

Exactly. No need to THINK anything more into this. The app has errors. A few days ago the app upgraded me to the NEW Premier package. I did NOT purchase a package.

Glitch. Web errors. Conflicts. I reported numerous things about my SUN booking for October. Phone agent, chats, customer relations and lastly executive assistant responded. Everyone is aware of these issues: glitches, web errors & conflicting information on my app & in my personalizer. They could not even book me a Plus package. Executive assistant says she will call me back Monday. Worse pre cruise experience I’ve ever experienced. Don’t sweat the small stuff! I paid my wifi, bought one soda package for cabin mate, case of water and will use my OBC to pay crew appreciation. So done with this, but still looking forward to this beautiful new ship. I’ll be in the Sanctuary with my water bottle along with the suite guests and walk in Private restaurant without reservations for 3 nights.

O’Malley’s says it is a Specialty restaurant now on my app. Heard drinks increased in price there today. Maybe another glitch? I cannot book anything on Sun for my October cruise.

I stayed at that Westin last year. Great hotel. I booked it on my own on Bonvoy app. Princess was there as well. We took a taxi to ship. I have also stayed at all the Fairmont hotels there and would do so again.

The Boathouse is behind the Renaissance- nice restaurant. Lago Mar is old Lauderdale on beach, tucked away view of ships. Free parking for rental car during stay. Great buffet breakfast & nice dinner. My 2 favs. But October & March are very expensive right now. I booked a year ago.

I got off in Oahu. Royal continued on to Australia without a/c!

Just received phone response to my reporting of these issues with Sun. Agent could book me a premier package with 2 captains circle credits since I am blocked in the Personalizer and app. $90 US pp/pd. No mention about the web errors and nothing fixed. We will buy Plus or take soda/ wine on. Might be quite a wait to get a drink with so many on ship with packages. Atleast someone phoned me to address this mess.

Well good luck in booking those SD. I cannot book 3/7 nights for anything except Hot Pot, sushi. app hasn’t let me for weeks. Elite- I cancelled my 2 SD when this new premier announcement came out. I don’t expect they will have a handle on this by my October cruise. And has anyone heard official word on the moving of restaurants?

Well, I am Ocean Ready, but not much else has gone right- still blocked and no reservations for 3 nights. I can go to Sanctuary restaurant- walk in and American dinner I think.

Considering the Plus package for 7 day Sun cruise now. Never say never. Did the math again.

Where is the van when you disembark to go pick up the car? Do you need to call them to pick you up?

Both my Sun & Star have several issues with app and website. My other cruises are fine. I reported all of it but nothing improves.
