I have tried to keep things positive and hope that we learn from this thread.
I have come around to agree with most of what Host has said.
I personally have had more then my share of annoying issues over my correspondence with Princess over this past year- D0-aft with signature benefits, refunding wrong amounts split between 2 credits, etc.
I did not expect the free inside cabin, but I did expect my deposit back as Princess has caused chaos in many of our lives. Their mistake - yes, and one too many.
Jen Wright has been offering excellent support to many of us over this weekend.
