  1. Actually ... here you go. They come via email as well:
  2. Probably real. Search a couple more pages down from here for a fairly recent thread that asks this very question, and you'll find a wealth of information.
  3. Sounds like you understand, at least. Glad you're able to pull it off. Still spend my days in 'metro' mode, so the opportunity to go 'cocoon mode' isn't all that common. Doesn't just shut down for a week or two of cruising, though of all the environments, a cruise ship would be one that would really justify it. Not always so with certain port stops, though, since we like to get off the tourist track and actually experience many destinations.
  4. Saw a good mag door decor the other day. Right-side up pineapple with words "THIS SIDE UP" on it!
  5. @gordylad Quality of experience has been a little hit and miss since the restart. If you catch a cruise where the crew:pax ratio is significantly lower than X's usual 1:2.3 standard, that's going to show somewhere. That said, our best X cruises ever were just this last November. That said, crew:pax ratio on those cruises was much higher than would normally be the case. Cruising is a service business, and can lose a lot or gain a lot of sparkle depending upon staffing levels vs. bookings.
  6. Apparently some people wouldn't notice if they did/were. 😲 Among several explanations for the difference: There are some who by nature or training are very 'situationally aware', who always take in their surroundings, and don't focus solely on what's right in front of them for extended periods. Might make a difference in perception of ambience, too. Just a thought.
  7. When they start decorating the dining rooms with Megadeath posters and you don't notice a change in ambience due to the visuals.. Some are just more aware of their surroundings.
  8. Ours arrived later in the same day as the email.
  9. Yes, and there are several menus, served on different nights. Work the appetizer right and only the main course will be a mismatch to the video.
  10. They are prepared to accommodate that, but the video presentation of each course won't match.
  11. Above all else, this ^^^^^ Nobody on the PA telling me what a great time I'm having, and where the next *can't miss* event is being held. Not so much of this on RCCL as another line that comes to mind, but much prefer Celebrity's approach. Changes the whole tenor of the cruise.
  12. Received a new copy of our invoice from RCG attached to the fast email response, with a cover page at the top of the pdf as shown:
  13. @Jim_Iain Don't they still also serve fresh OJ in the spa cafes, available to all (for a price, if no package)?
  14. I'm finding a lot of 2023 itineraries where suites are scarce or even unavailable ... long before any MoveUps could impact bookings, especially longer cruises where they're typically already fully booked.
  15. It may be buried in a series of lines of cryptic text in your invoice from Celebrity. Something like (but different from) this: YVZ5-INTERNETCHG1 YVZ6-INTERNETSAV1 The offsetting pairs show that you're billed for internet service to enable it, then credited for it to bring the bill back to $0.
  16. Hard to blame Safari for this one. Hasn't been an update to that for iPad since last May IIRC (15.5).
  17. Depends upon what you book. If, when booking, you have a choice between "Sail Only" and "Always Included" fare, you'll get the WiFi as part of "Always Included", but not "Sail Only". If you book any sort of a suite, these are presently always sold as "Always Included". Others are a bit of a crap shoot on what will appear for a given itinerary.
  18. I redacted all but the critical bits on my statement and had mine over a weekend.
  19. The form instructions advise you to do this.
  20. If you do, try using their form (above), filling it out manually, scanning and attaching it along with your brokerage info.
  21. If I have that right --- For those that won't recall what they saw in the video: Press ‘CC’ button on remote (above green button) Press ‘Menu’ button on remote (just below yellow button) Pops up screen on TV Scroll down to “Support” Scroll down to “Source List” and take your pick from there.
  22. Have seen everything from about 30% to 95% reported recently. Everything depends upon ship and itinerary.
  23. https://www.rclinvestor.com/content/uploads/2021/03/RCL-Shareholder-Onboard-Credit-Offer-Request-Form-March-2021-1.pdf I've never used their online request ... always the form at the above link. Hope this helps some folks who aren't getting results the other way.
  24. To be clear - there's a step I haven't seen mentioned much. I scan both the requisite page(s) of the brokerage statement AND the completed form that is supplied by RCG, and attach all of those as *.jpg images, including that of the completed form, to the email that includes the items they request. Are those with issues scanning and returning the manually completed form as part of the process?
  25. What processes, exactly, are you using for your applications? We submitted Saturday before last and had our reply the following Monday morning.
