  1. Can you say what all the areas were that were covered? It seems to have changed over time. We've seen everything we've ever seen mentioned here apart from the laundry (Engineering was great), and are considering purchasing this tour for our 'kids' on our next S class cruise.
  2. What if you reduce your payment amount to match the balance the system claims?
  3. Rule #1: These days, never assume a 'Celebrity rep' knows the facts about anything. If it isn't on the provided script, they'll make it up. Rule #2: If a 'Celebrity rep' says anything, refer to Rule #1. Yes, Constellation got a major interior refresh along with the mechanical work during the Cadiz drydock in July 2021. We were the very first passengers to set foot on the new carpet and open the new drapes, and sit our keisters on the new furniture in our cabin. Public spaces also underwent the same kind of treatment. Looked very spiffy for the restart in November 2021. Lots of major and minor details were addressed. The last 'punch list' for our section of the ship was inadvertently left in a cupboard in our cabin, so before turning it in to our butler, I had a chance to see that maintenance had been very busy before our arrival, too.
  4. The advert for the Summit cruises is a little more explicit. Wonder where those 'playrooms' are??? "Your Bliss cruise will come alive at night with more live entertainment than you ever imagined and a huge variety of parties to suit all tastes. Whether it is music, dancing, or something more adventurous like an adult-themed party with playrooms, Bliss Cruise has it all. The best part of the cruise is meeting the wonderful couples who share your passion for adult fun. Our cruise will leave from Miami, Florida, and will include stops in Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. In each port, Bliss Cruise has arranged for special excursions which will be very popular. On the ship, you can enjoy the clothing-optional pools, multiple playrooms, fun theme nights, various Meet & Greets, and the non-stop party atmosphere. This lifestyle cruise is a full ship charter for adult couples 21 and over. The ship will sail with over 2,000 people that will party and play all day and all night. Book your cabin now to be part of the fun!" You get a better sense of it from the attachment: BC-Nov2022-Client-Behavior-Policy.pdf
  5. Will post some for sure. Watch where you sit during your cruise. There's a 'Bliss' cruise for the week between our sailing and yours! 😳 (in case anyone was wondering about that hole in Reflection's schedule!)
  6. Yup, agree that the hole is 17 Oct to 30 Oct. With two full weeks, there's some chance the interior will see some refreshing, but ... The reason that Constellation (the most recently 'refreshed') got a big interior sprucing up during the July 21 drydock was because it was due for the Revolution right after the COVID shutdown, and the soft goods would necessarily have been purchased and warehoused already in preparation for that event. While not free, all they were out to do that in Cadiz was the labor, and they could then save the storage expense of the massive amount of stuff they had ready to install. They were already scheduled for the Cadiz drydock for required mechanical work, so they weren't out the extra expense of occupying the space, either. Not sure whether X would be willing to put out the $ for Reflection if they weren't already committed to it as they were with Constellation. It would be nice to think it could happen, though -- we're on the 31 October sailing right after drydock.
  7. Any chance this was a short cruise? The short ones seem to pick up a different demographic and a very different vibe.
  8. Except for special excursions involving air, train, hotel (e.g., some overnight excursions) and Private Journey, it's 24 hours prior to scheduled shorex departure. Refund back in the way it was originally paid.
  9. Were your shorter runs from the UK? We've sailed ex-Barcelona before, and it's always been 14.
  10. They're in a hurry with our WB Barcelona TA Oct 31 22. 13nts. Will be our shortest TA ever.
  11. See what happens if you try YVR to anywhere in Washington state where the OP of that thread was going. I got nada from any major agency.
  12. RCL down 31.18% last 90 days. NCLH down 31.11% last 90 days. CCL down 39.84% last 90 days.
  13. Did you read what followed? Go online and try to book a one way rental from CA to the US.
  14. Good alternative. For anyone wondering where it is, it's just a few blocks due south of La Sagrada Familia (about a 10 minute walk), not that you can exactly go due south anywhere in that part of Barcelona, mind you! I think they're tied in with these folks: http://laboratoriodeanalisisclinicos.com/
  15. It's free because you could eat to the ala carte limit, leave, and turn right back around and do it again. Unlimited specialty dining. So you sit and enjoy until properly filled up! Pigged out on sashimi last cruise (in RS).
  16. If you're partial to it, check our the coconut. Hard to find elsewhere.
  17. One-way rental across the border? Go online, try poking in YVR for pickup and anyplace in Washington (e.g., BLI) for drop off and see what the rental car agencies think of your attempts!
  18. Just think of it as part of the free specialty dining provided to RS guests and it makes immediate sense. It's one of the dangers of traveling in RS or above. ☺️
  19. Appears to be a fare related to your location, non-refundable deposit. Booked through a TA or Celebrity direct? Call and ask.
  20. Way too soon to be seeing most of the excursions for a December cruise. Don't sweat it. When we cruised Connie in Nov, a lot of the providers weren't really able to handle any capacity yet due to short staffing, etc., so a number were cancelled, including 2 we had booked. I doubt X is going to publish very many this early since the shorex situation has been so fluid, and will wait until 60-90 days out to really populate the list.
  21. Yes, basic excursions are being reimbursed without any hassle. Have not heard of any issues related to the more complex category of excursions that have 30 day cancellations (e.g. include overnight hotel or air, or Private Journey), but haven't heard from a positive tester that had one booked, either.
  22. Wow - $65 worth of 3000' elevation gain and self-inflicted pain! I'd be amazed to make it up to the end of Lowell Canyon Road, and I ain't no flatlander! 😲
