    No, you need to be connected to wifi to use the free RC messaging tool in the app. But you do not need to buy an internet plan to use it.

    My only nit pick about the laundry is the stale smell clothing has. It's not a bad smell, just a stale smell. I assume due to the desalinized water they use.

    It started with discussion about if increasing the clearance of the next Key Bridge would benefit the cruise industry, and that was no because the Bay Bridge is the same height, and that led into discussion of the new Bay Bridge.

    This is all related to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Annapolis, not the Key Bridge.

    There's no right or wrong answer. Depends on your time frame, your preferred airline and flight cost.

    Because as I mentioned above, the bridge is the only option across the bay to get to eastern Maryland and is a huge bottleneck. They should have created a new bridge at a new location giving people alternatives to the single place to cross.

    Referring to the original quoted post about there being 14 options for the new bridge location. Since the original 14 were identified, they narrowed it down to using the existing location and just building a third span.

    RC eats the tax for the vouchers. But if you're paying for drinks, they've got the VAT added.

    There are plenty of free seats with shade.

    Because that is the only route to the eastern shore of Maryland. Adding a new bridge doesn't alleviate that bottleneck. Other proposals had a completely different location providing an alternate route. But it got NIMBY'd.

    They've since decided the new span will be built next to the existing ones (which is really dumb, but, it's Maryland so no surprise).

    Hopefully they got banned from sailing NCL in the future.

    I'm all for independent tours, but I'm not sure I'd do one in a place that isn't an everyday cruise port

    If you are technical enough to work with json, the main cruise search page loads every cruise in a json file.

    I've seen more parents that need their own parents around to discipline them than kids who need their parents around.

    Odds are you'll walk off the ship, do your customs then walk right back on. Customs people coming on the ship has been known to happen, but unlikely anymore.

    I have never had an email go more than 24 hours without a response. Typically within a few hours.

    Nope. If the laws are the same as Texas, it would just affect what the bars have available.

    Carnival also doesn't start your drink package on the first day out of Galveston, while RC does. So I'd suspect it'd work like that.

    The Howe Bridge is a new bridge though, not replacing an already critical one that was gone in the snap of a finger.

    I've got a balcony cruise coming up that I could get all that for about $2000 on a 7 nighter. And it was booked rather late in the calendar, so it could have been a lot less had I booked early.
