    My next cruise just had the activities populated 20 days out which seems quite early.

    One of those situations where if someone's willing to buy, RC would sell. But in the mean time, cruises continue

    The bathroom water gets plenty hot, so that may work.

    NextCruise OBC stays with the reservation across reprices.

    I can't imagine they designed it to send notifications many hours later or not at all. But as long as you constantly check it, it can get the job done.

    Use the unreliable messaging tool in the app. Or just do it the old fashioned way.

    The only downside to waiting is risking that the price increase of a cruise could negate NextCruise perks. But a week shouldn't be risky. Just pay attention to the RC website (you can access the RC website without any Voom package) so you know the going rate of the cruise since they can have "sales" that increase the price at times.

    For the water bottles, apparently security shook the case of water and noted that some bottles settled differently, indicating it wasn't water.

    THey may be different on every ship, but the ones I've seen have been smaller than a regular board.

    I've seen the cheap ones set up, but no "pro" type.

    I've seen people get busted for putting vodka in water bottles. So yes, they check. Granted I bet more gets through than doesn't, but they are looking.

    I believe Carnival already said passengers wouldn't need passports due to the change, so that tells me they've gotten the waiver.
