We’ve done the 26 Glaciers tour. Very nice, but I would book directly and not through the ship as the price is about double.
BTW there is nothing in Whittier, and it is too far and difficult to go anywhere else.
It doesn’t matter. When the bus gets you to the port you will go right to the check in line. They don’t pay any attention to time. You will probably get to the ship around 12:30.
As a solo traveler I will often take NCL transfers as they are less expensive than other means. Miami is the only exception because Uber cost is about the same as the transfer.
Unless it has recently changed there is a clause in the NCL contract that allows them to impose a fuel surcharge if crude prices rise above a certain level. The fee is $10 per day per passenger and be collected even if paid in full.
There was a sign in my balcony cabin on the Epic in January 2024 that said something to the effect of hang up towels to reuse, put on floor to be exchanged. Similar signage has been in every hotel I have stayed in over the last 5 years.
Just to clarify, the BC has to be from a governmental agency. In many places they are kept at the state level, not at the county level. Of course the copy should be certified, but that doesn’t mean it requires a raised seal, because few places use raised seals any longer.
They will not accept USD 9n Greece. Euros only. Anyone who says otherwise has never been to Greece and is just wrong.
currency on the ship, on the other hand, is always USD.
