All I can say is that I sailed Epic out of Port Canaveral in mid January and was not charged tax on drinks before sail away. YMMV -

My experience is that club balcony suite is either green or orange -
If you like Celebrity, then you won’t like NCL, so your best bet is to,stay with Celebrity

Then don’t go to the specialty restaurants.. problem solved, and that is one less thing to complain about. -
For what it’s worth they have also made the change to at least the next two cruises sailing that route.
