  1. I am Platinum and my booking for 9/24 shows a charge for 4 devices for 3 nights as $59/95. I have been led to believe that I will get 50% back as obc once onboard, but I have been lied to before. I agree, this aint how it's supposed to work.
  2. The way it works, I believe, is that you pay full price up front and you get 50% of that amount back as refundable obc.
  3. Then click on "Onboard Services" Your credit should be shown at the bottom of the page.
  4. Log into your Princess account. Click on "Booked Guests" Under "Get Ready For Your Cruise" tab, click on "Access Cruise Personalizer"
  5. Check with a camera store. They should have film safe containers for x-ray.
  6. I think that the bright orange clips were meant to stand out when applied to the top of the clam-shell, not ventilation.
  7. Nope. Benefits are available on the cruise following the qualifying cruise.
  8. You give it to your steward or leave it on the bed with a completed inventory tag. Done first thing in the morning, you may get your items that evening. I usually got them the following day. As for the mini-bar, it is a one-time per cruise. If you are Elite and ind in a suite, you get 2 set ups per cruise segment. Trade alcoholic drinks for the kinds of alcoholic drinks you prefer, 1 for 1. Trade the same for your non-alcoholic drinks. You can trade ALL of your mini-bar for 1 bottle of wine or 2 coffee cards. You also should get 2 bottles of water daily.
  9. I have sailed in M102 and sadly, you are correct about the view from a sitting position. We went to Alaska and never wanted to sit. our heads were always on a swivel, too much to see.
  10. No, I've got one booked for mid Sept. If we could somehow fire the incompetence, ignorance and apathy that runs rampant with the customer service in Santa Clarita and the lack of clear communications across the board, it would be a good start. I haven't sold my shares... yet.
  11. On my personalizer, under dining> specialty dining> Ultimate Balcony Dining, it only lists: A Private Breakfast with a view A luxurious breakfast experience at sea all served right on the privacy of your own balcony by our dedicated waitstaff. Treat yourself to this unparalleled indulgence and savor food, views, and memories that will never be forgotten. Additional charges apply. No dinner mentioned.
  12. I haven't received mine for Sept. 2022. I applied for it when I booked 2 weeks ago. Received an email saying it would be applied closer to departure date. I check daily. Pre-Covid, the credit hit my booking usually in 2 hrs. or less.
  13. Yes you can. Submit anytime but the credit won't be applied until closer to departure date.
  14. Call back and make your request again. If whomever you talk to can't/won't help you, immediately request a supervisor and continue escalating until you get the result you need.
  15. Sharpie pens come in all of the colors of the rainbow. Pick a color and customize it yourself.
  16. Put a "hold" on your cabin to buy some time.
  17. You didn't mention which ship you are booked on but if you can't resolve you dining dilemma, try booking your reservations through your suite concierge once on board.
  18. There will be two formal nights on a seven night cruise, never on the first or last nights. Lobster is usually available on the second night. In Cabo, all cruise ships tender their passengers ashore. Depending on how busy the dock space is for the tenders, two hours after arrival may or may not be a good window. If you are the only ship in port that day, things will go smoothly. Passengers on Princess excursions will tender first along with suites and Elites followed by general tendering.
  19. Only your travel professional can mark you as "no upgrade" or "meta upgrade only".
