Yes, I am able to put everything in but when it is submitted it says an error has occurred. I tried on my laptop, phone and tablet. Four of is, two cabins, all the same.
Had to call.
The option wasn't there for months, the Pay button disappeared. I called Celebrity a few times about it and was told they would let IT know. Ha! That didn't do a thing. About two weeks ago, the option showed back up but it doesn't work.
They really need to fix it, especially since when each of us called, the hold times were insane. I had to call last night about something, it was 11pm and waited 2 hours until I finally was able to talk to someone.
