  1. Yes, I am able to put everything in but when it is submitted it says an error has occurred. I tried on my laptop, phone and tablet. Four of is, two cabins, all the same. Had to call. The option wasn't there for months, the Pay button disappeared. I called Celebrity a few times about it and was told they would let IT know. Ha! That didn't do a thing. About two weeks ago, the option showed back up but it doesn't work. They really need to fix it, especially since when each of us called, the hold times were insane. I had to call last night about something, it was 11pm and waited 2 hours until I finally was able to talk to someone. Sorry for the additional information I shared. ๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿน
  2. The Concierge Class rooms were done the same time as Aqua so your cabin will look like the pics I posted. The balcony chairs are different from before but still ok and still have a small footrest. They took the large table away and put a small table out there. ๐Ÿน Small table on balcony You can see the chairs and footrests and table
  3. I was on the Equinox in October '21 in AquaClass. During the 'Revolution', AquaClass and Concierge cabins had more of a re-fresh. New carpeting and the couches were re-done along with new beds/bedding and a larger TV (which took out the small shelves). The only wear I'd say was the wood railing on the balcony but I don't know how often they re-finish them because of the salt. The rest of the ship was in good condition as well. Service was excellent! Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe all -OR- any of the suites were re-done. Sky Suites I want to say for sure are still the original colors. ๐Ÿน

  5. Hi! Each person who takes the class has to sign up and pay. I posted pictures in a thread once, maybe the one referenced above, I'll have to look. We had a great time. We did it on the Equinox @ The World Class Bar in October '21. Eat before you go. They even asked that before we started. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿน
  6. Missing Point(s). I haven't received the June Quiz point yet so I e-mailed the Celebrity engagement center a few days ago. I hadn't heard back so I called the Captainโ€™s Club # today. The recording said it was an 8 minute wait but it was only a couple of minutes. I explained the situation and the lady took all of the information and was going to send it to whatever department takes care of that. It wasn't showing a record of the quiz in the system. I also didn't get points from booking an excursion for an upcoming cruise, so I told her that too. She also put the July quiz details, she said, "Why Not?";) She said they are very behind, especially if you send an e-mail so what she did will be quicker. There are many issues with people not getting points. She let me know the points should show up in 15 - 20 days and if not, then call again. I said I had screenshots of the completed activities but she didn't need them. If you call, be sure to have the name of the activity and the date you completed it. It was an easy phone call. Total time from when I called to hung up @16 minutes. Now let's see how long it takes for the points to show up. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The # I called: 1.844.418.6824 ๐Ÿน
  7. I like dark beer as well, stouts and porters. The only dark beer I have recently had on Celebrity was at Sushi on 5, a Japanese one: Echigo Stout. It was ok. I have cocktails while cruising since it's usually hot and when it's really hot, I prefer cocktails over beer and the biggest reason, they don't have any dark beers I like. I don't like Guinness, it's too 'watery' for me. Craft Social is a nice spot but their 'craft' beer choices are funny, especially to true craft beer connoisseurs. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿน
  8. I haven't received the point yet for the June quiz. I really hope it shows up so I don't have to deal with the hassle of contacting someone. I feel like we should earn points for the time we sometimes spend on hold. ๐Ÿ˜† This is the first time I've had a delay receiving points. Has anyone had a delay but then the point eventually shows up or if it hasn't posted by the date they said then it's 'lost' out there somewhere? ๐Ÿน
  9. We asked if we could have the same table and servers after dinner on the first night and they happily accommodated us and asked if it would be the same time each night. There were other tables that appeared to have the same 'set-up' arranged since it was almost always the same people around us each night. ๐Ÿน
  10. We liked our table and servers the first night so requested the same table, servers and time for the rest of the cruise. They accommodated us. The couple of nights we dined in specialty, we told them (they already knew though) so 'our' table wasn't held up. It was perfect! ๐Ÿน
  11. Yes, I have been able to get the discount for manicures and pedicures. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ ๐Ÿ’… ๐Ÿน
