I cannot believe PETS are allowed Service animals are though If some people lie about the animal the cruise line cannot challenge them per the ADA Act in the USA If the dog was being fed in the dining venues people food then I would have a conversation with the GM It is not a service animal Many people try to game the system so they can take FiFi with them on a cruise
  2. Usually any wine by the glass on the menu during lunch & dinner not sure on the beer but probably not the high end stuff like Grolsch
  3. I find most people in Europe speak English unless in a small town then you may have a issue Have the name & address written out to hand to the driver or hotel person
  4. I like them both DH prefers Toscana he is not a big meat eater Crab cake shrimp cocktail in Polo Dessert

  7. They usually have a grass pad set up on the balcony or another part of the ship for the dogs On Hal they had a fire hydrant & the grass pads on the Promenade deck for the pooches
  8. A lot of British were in India during the wars maybe they discovered a liking for the food there 😉 We have a lot of different cultures here in Canada & a lot of different food some we enjoy others not so much 😉

Most service dogs do not eat at/under the table they sit by the owner & do their what ever that may be Some use the excuse of a therapy dog so they do not have to leave their pet at home They had miniature horses that were trained to detect certain diseases/episodes they banned them from airlines a few years back

  11. only service dogs are supposed to be allowed The term "service dog " is subjective we had one lady pushing her dog in a stroller not what I would consider a service dog I am sure they clean the rooms after an animal was an occupant Maybe I can train my Cat as a service cat I do not want to leave her at home 🤔

  14. You can do a dummy booking just check off no air & I believe it still includes the O Life in the total As I say I just let my TA do the work for me then I know it is correct 😉
  15. after avoiding covid for 3 yrs we managed to pick it up locally We wear masks when in public places both felt like a bad head cold so some people may just think they have a cold until they test We are both fully vaccinated so covid does not care We did stay home & isolate ...some choose not to

  17. Ask your TA to arrange a 3 way call with you & the air dept You cannot speak directly with the air dept if you have a TA You could always try though 😉
  18. look at the cruise only fare compared to the w/air& Olife perk if you want the O life perk it is usually the same as the OBC they offer Best to just call & ask your TA or O less hassle in the long run JMO

I think you are just required to declare cash over $10,000. any gifts any items you are leaving/selling in Canada alcohol /tobacco When we travel we have form we fill out to prove we owned the items when we left Canada like out camera/laptop etc.. Maybe the USA has something similar for you personal items

You are in a PH just make arrangements with your Butler to bring GOOD coffee at the time your DH would like it in the morning If peckish before dinner time Waves is usually open until 4pm Afternoon tea 4-5 pm Canapes can be delivered to your PH by the butler about 5pm Barristas have snacks all day Happy hour 5-6 pm have some small snacks also room service you could order something to tide you over until dinner You will not go hungry unless you choose to More info on the Vista will emerge in May I imagine the service will be similar to the other ships Time will tell Enjoy
