on the 2019 TA the outside decks were closed as they had a foot or more on snow on the deck then we hit storms mid atlantic & rain until we hit SW UK & France were fine
Our Norway & Arctic circle cruise was fine a friend went swimming after we crossed the Arctic circle a bit chilly getting out though 😉

If she has specific dietary issues make sure it is on her file so they can work with her for meals
Must have been the same day we were there 😃
It took an hour to get through security the line was so slow good thing we had a later flight that day
Normally we have 12:20pm but we were on AA a bit later
You also may want to go up on deck to see more of the transit
they hang out in the lake waiting for their turn to go through the next set of locks if you are doing the full transit so you will have time to get our of the cabin for a snack 😉
It is too hot to be up on deck for any length of time but good to see some of the views on the other side unless you have a balcony fore or aft

I think some line have a "saver fare" or discount fare & they are non refundable
but many still have refundable deposits if you cancel before the penalty time kick is usually before final payment
Check the Terms & conditions for the cruise line
Are they no longer offering the free shuttle??
Too bad about missing Bermuda but as always if you really want to see a specific port fly/drive there
