  1. Small ship lines under 1500 pax might be Oceania/Azamara/Viking/Windstar Silversea/Seabourne/Atlas/Crystal/Explora Journeys/Ponant/ Paul Gaugain/Scenic Luxury Ritz Carleton I am sure there are others Some will meet your criteria some will not Have look at them & weed out the ones that do not work for you
  2. How many bags do you have ? I would think if BIZ class you can get free checked bag if your bags do not meet the size rules I have used my carry on bag before without issue but the new sizers are new to me I am just checking my bag so only worry it gets on the same flight with us 😉
  3. You may have adjust some of the expectations Do you want a larger ship more than 2000pax Small ship less than 1000pax or something inbetween Usually smaller means more $$$ Do you have destination in mind or not care where the ship sails? Most premium or luxury line will have some of the things you do not want/need Main street lines maybe the Ship within a ship would suit you I would just look at the premium & Luxury lines & see what ones have what you want There is no one size fits all
  4. Yes open to all Check the CURRENTS for date & Times Have not seen the special menus for 15+ years
  5. I believe they are flying YQB to IAD via YUL so they will need to pre clear US Immigration/customs in YUL
  6. I have not flown since Covid but saw this when getting our flights Will see in a couple of weeks
  7. They have automated sizers now so maybe that is what they are concerned with Automated carry-on baggage sizers To ensure that your carry-on baggage will fit onboard, we have introduced automated carry-on baggage sizers pre-security in the Montreal (YUL), Toronto (YYZ), and Vancouver (YVR) airports. These new, touchless machines are easier and faster to use than the metal sizers. Please make sure that your carry-on bag complies with the sizing outlined above to avoid having to check your carry-on bag at the airport. Note that any non-compliant baggage will be assessed and is subject to applicable baggage fees. https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/plan/baggage/carry-on.html#/
  8. Well pre covid they obviously were not working on out cruises If you did not get a dish that just came from the kitchen it was luke warm JME
  9. just ask the deck staff to remove the items They have their own signs for the "chair hogs"
  10. some of the OE tours are limited to 16 max read the description of the tour & the fine print
  11. what port? Miami & FLL will be no problem Most ships you are off by 9am
  12. There is another requirement Who needs a transit visa for Egypt? Citizens of visa-free countries are not required to apply for a transit visa. Only 9 countries are visa-exempt — most being nations in the Gulf and the Middle East. Other visitors only need a visa to transit through Egypt if the layover exceeds 48 hours. Iranian citizens, however, need to apply for a transit visa regardless of how long they will spend in Egypt between flights. Iranians need to apply for a transit visa for Egypt through an embassy or consulate.
  13. Only get the fresh cooked ones the other are terrible 😉

  18. well we have not been on as many cruises as you but maybe we were just unlucky on the ones we have been on Unless you catch the tray of food coming from the kitchen it has been luke warm at best We have not been on Nautica just Insignia/Regatta/Marina/Riviera & hard to get a HOT meal from the precooked trays The omelette station has been good but you are standing there while they cook your eggs & it is hot out of the pan to the plate same as the grill Just our experience
  19. The Terrace no matter what ship you are on have a bad habit of not having hot food in in the ready made trays & no hot water under in the pans so how would the food be hot The only way to get hot food is to go to the grill & made to order stations I gave up on eating in the Terrace unless it was cold food I wanted like salads or fruit/desserts Try WAVES for breakfast & lunch JMO
