    I would do the multi segment but you could also check 2 separate tickets for pricing Some cruise lines have good deals for air on TA but read the fine print By next yer you may require a ETIAS https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en not implemented as of yet Cannot think of any requirements to the USA

    no reservations required in the GDR if worried just take walk through the casino to the elevators What bugs me is people stopping in front of you to listen to the music ...just keep moving little doggie 😉

    Check the bar menus in the link I posted above at this point in time there is no price limit or drink limit Most drink on the bar menus are under $20 anyway Some top scotches/Cognacs/sake in the specialties may not be included The Premium Drink Menu is not included

    I would go to the top of the page to FIND A CRUISE & look for the time frame you are interested in Ports in Florida will get you to the warmer weather sooner Then narrow the choice by ship size Viking/Crystal/Oceania (small ship) Azamara plus others fit your parameters Enjoy

    We have sail in the Irish sea on Insignia during a gale near the front it was rough but mid to aft seemed better Regatta in rough seas in the Caribbean where she was hit by a rouge wave ..we all survived Marina on a TA where 2 storms converging in the middle of the Atlantic it was a roller coaster ride to Ireland ..we survived

    It is not usually Oceania strong suit to communicate with the pax in your case it was the prudent thing to do What ship are you on?

    Spend it in the Canadian ports or maybe some of the Canadians onboard would trade you for some USD 🙂 We never tried to use CAD in the casino I usually buy some USD before we sail

    That is interesting in the past (pre covid) the piano player would play during those hours with a break the string quartet would play down the hall during his breaks so they were not competing It will be interesting to see how it is on our upcoming cruise

    I agree Smaller ship is usually more $$$ But maybe the OP will return & define their definition of "Small Ship" For me it is under 1500 pax others may have a different definition
