  1. We ate in Crown last week and the food and service were excellent
  2. We’ve just sailed on Sun Princess and were told Love by Bitto was ready but is being totally revamped now, menu and decor as he wasn’t happy

  4. Not sure if it’s different for UK passengers but we were given 72hours to pay and could log in to Princess and see the cabin allocated
  5. We bid the minimum price on an owners suite on Sun Princess and got it. Our total cost is less than half than if we’ve booked it originally so we’re pleased. If you get a successful bid you can check out location etc before accepting to see if it’s suitable for you, if not stay with your original cabin
  6. Just wondering if suite guests get lunch in a specific restaurant on embarkation day on Sun Princess…Iam sure we did on our last cruise a couple of years ago on Sky

  10. I think you’re correct there might’ve been some pics, would be good to get some feedback as to how guests are finding the suites and cabana deck area

  13. We have premier and I booked on app and my credit card was charged. I called Princess who advised me it would be rectified on board, I advised them I wasn’t happy as we don’t sail until 27/4 and will be out of pocket until then …..they weren’t prepared to refund
  14. Just wondering if you can walk out on to the Cabana deck from the Reserve Cabana mini suites
  15. Spoken to Princess and we have to pay the charge of $180, it will then be refunded once on board. As we’re on April 27th sailing Iam tempted to cancel and book when on board…anyone else been advised of the same
  16. We have premier package and the app shows 2 free speciality restaurants but I’ve just booked one and my credit card has been charged ..hopefully this will be rectified
  17. We have the premier package and have just tried to book 2 speciality restaurants and looks like we will get charged as credit card details came up when I clicked on reserve…anyone else come across this problem

  19. We are cruising with friends on Sun Princess next year, they’ve booked a Signature suite and we have a Reserve Cabana. Is there any chance we might be able to dine together in the evenings at either the Signature or Reserve restaurants.

  21. Thankyou for your replies. Yes it is the VAT refund …..our purchase onboard was $347, we were told any purchase over $100 qualified for the refund. We completed paperwork at the onboard store (Marco Polo)the assistant said that Royal Carribean would take care of it and to expect the refund on our card used to settle our bill. She also did exactly the same with a couple who purchased goods at the same time as us. We bought a couple of items at ports and were given the appropriate receipts by the shops and had no problem getting a refund at Barcelona airport on our way home. Looks like we as I suspect others have been duped…does anyone know of a specific email contact I could use to try and rectify
  22. On a recent European cruise we bought some gifts in one of the shops onboard. We were given a form to complete to get a refund on the tax and told we wouldn’t have to do anything else as Royal would deal with it and to expect the refund in a couple of weeks on the card used for purchase. We disembarked 23rd Sept and so far no credit received….has anyone else had this issue and if so could you advise on point of contact
  23. No noise at all…I wouldn’t hesitate to book that cabin again
