  1. I don’t see that on my bookings, or if I book a new one. Do you have a TA/CVP that can help? If not, you could call EZAir and ask.
  2. Are you using a PC? Try your smartphone instead or vice-versa. You could also try shutting it down and then back up.
  3. If they book, could they book a regular mini suite and bid on a reserve or suite? More likely, of course, to get the MS reserve than a full suite. But, an option if they would want to try. Did you check with a TA/CVP to see if they are holding back any reserve MS?
  4. If it’s far out, could they book a guarantee cabin, reserve mini suite or suite? Or, is it sold out? I’ve never heard of them allowing guests into reserve class MDR. IDK. They would not be booked/paid in your suite, even though you have room for 5 in there.
  5. It has been that way for many years. That’s not a change. It is specific to the current cruise, once OB. You can, however, work on your other cruises, by signing into Princess.com. Of course you need wifi.

  7. Is the App updated? You can delete it and reinstall also, to refresh or update. If that doesn’t work, yes, you might call the Ocean Ready dept. Call the regular PCL line, pick option for OceanReady.
  8. Yes, sometimes it does work itself out, especially, if it is a new booking. It takes a few days to populate after changing or adding a new booking. If it doesn’t bother you, I’d wait also. Glad they handle issues on Instagram for you.
  9. Is this a new booking? Give it a couple of days to populate into the downloaded App.

  12. Ask the EZAir rep…to change your name to match the Princess website. Call and get another rep or a supervisor. If not, call your TA and ask for help. They should have the same prices that show up on the PCL website. You say, you did change your name on the Princess website. Imperative it matches your passport, as well as airline tickets. Don’t worry if your first name and middle name run together…that is normal on some airline computers and TSA, etc are all used to it. Like: JaneElizabeth Jones NP. Keep us updated.   13. No, this is an App error. You are on 2 different ships and it should be 2 separate bookings on the App also. This is called a S2S (side 2 side). Only, a true b2b, same ship) would be combined on the App. Call Princess line and follow prompts till you get an ocean ready rep. They need to fix it. Tell them you want to reserve dining, excursions, wifi, etc on the App. If you have a TA/CVP ask them for help. Yes, this has happened to others, as they have reported on here. Let us know.

  15. Sorry to hear you have covid. That probably is the test and the medical center visit. I’d call in the morning and question. They came to our cabin to test us, no charge. Make sure to get a copy of your test result and a letter from the medical center that shows you are quarantined. Wait to see if you still have a fever first. You will need this for insurance. It was still on the website when I checked last. Under PVP Princess insurance. Not sure if they still do it for other insurances. But, if you bought insurance, then you can submit it to them. Losing a day or whatever of your cruise, prorated and any medical expenses. Also, call GS and ask them. Let us know how you are and get well soon.   16. Just go to the Laundrette and scan your medallion and you will get tokens. It will be charged against your account.

  18. Yes, it’s usually midship 6, but they may be changing things around with the new dining program.

  22. Yes, she did the initial check in. Manifests are submitted 60 minutes before. So, if no check in had happened, you would have been left behind. You were lucky.
  23. App>profile picture (lower right) move to the bottom. log out Do not create new Captain Circle numbers for your family, if have those numbers already. That really will complicate matters. If you have a TA or CVP, you can ask them for help, especially, if you have fears. Never had issues with credentials on PCL. If there was a security breach, remember all your information is there anyway, including DOB, as well as other information. I wouldn’t worry about entering a booking number and DOB. You do have some level of security on your mobile phone. Go enjoy your cruise and try not to worry.
  24. As long as I can remember, it’s been this policy of 90 minutes, due to government requirements. This is for US departures. They have security measures in effect, just as the airlines do, to produce manifests before sailing. International departures could vary, also government regulations. If they would state the boarding window on the travel summary, it would help those planning. The boarding window does show up on the App, after the QR code appears.
  25. The reason for late departure could be due to the tides. There should be some guest’s who’ve recently sailed, that would give you an idea of the boarding window. I’d bet the checkin window is earlier in the day. I couldn’t find a “Live” thread out there for you to ask. But, hopefully, some one will chime in.
