  1. Not the Enhanced voyages. Those requirements are for fully vaccinated and 1 booster and medically assisted covid test within 3 days of sailing. Also still covid protocols for Australia:NZ. Way before covid, they always had a health questionnaire. I’m really surprised there won’t be any questionnaire. Flu is going crazy now in the East and Northeast US.
  2. Click on go to ocean ready.. They are doing some updates. This is the weekend. I’d recheck this on Monday. Many things are garbled right now on the App.
  3. Did you go to the travel checklist… wellness check… ocean ready? I hope they are not deleting it entirely. It’s still there for enhanced voyages.
  4. Absolutely. People try to link bookings or reregister and that really causes problems. It creates duplicates and then we go in circles. That “Link” button should be eliminated. It only creates problems and is non functional.
  5. They will need their own medallion to open their door and for security to get off/on the ship, to order drinks or coffee, etc. They can still just pick it up at the port at checkin. Can you check them in on the App or on the website version of the App? I checked my DS and BIL in for them. You can order the medallion for them too on the App or the website version. I would print their travel summary and luggage tags from the website for them. They can take that and their passports and any other documents to the port and let the check in counter do the rest.
  6. Just kidding. I’ve been to Hawaii many many times and love it.
  7. You should not have to email. A customer service rep should be able to do this. I would not call on the weekends. I would call 6 am Pacific time on Monday and ask for the customer resolution department. Explain the issue, if you have to, but ask to be transferred. Did you try the chat line already? Do you have a TA/CVP? They may be able to help. If you still want to email: customerrelations@princesscruises.com
  8. Thank you. Interesting. I think I’ll just stay on the ship! 😬
  9. I’ve never had a problem getting through the first day. Maybe because we get on early? The coffee switch sometimes doesn’t show up until the next day on your account, so I guess it depends if you intend to use it right away.
  10. You call room service when you get to your cabin. They will switch it out for you.
  11. Not unusual at all. We’ve had this many times at different ports and it just means you will be later getting to embark. So, your travel summary may have been updated. Look just before the itinerary for a bold type…Boarding times and sail time. We’ve been through it several times over the years from FLL and they are bery efficient getting the ship boarded after the inspections. Don’t worry.
  12. Sounds like an App glitch. Just go on the website version of the App. You can order it there. Use your name, dob and booking number on the cruise personalizer. If you don’t order it, don’t worry, you can just pick up at the port. It only takes a few mins.
  13. I totally agree with @JimmyVWineabout prebooking. I would just add, if your ship is sailing full or close to it, then even more reason to prebook. You can always cancel or rebook as you go along,
  14. You could. But, if you have been vaccinated, I would still upload it, in case there was a change. Also, will they update the App to reflect the health protocols changes? You will still need to answer the wellness check questions. I’ve uploaded my vax Card/QR code and will just leave it in there.
  15. Very easy. They can drive right up to the baggage drop off. Then you just walk into the terminal. Also, picking you up is easy. There is an area where private cars or ride share can meet you. Right outside the terminal. Would be helpful if you asked for a specific cruise line or terminal at FLL. I’m referring to Princess Terminal 2.
  16. Thanks! I will pass this along. I have emed tests, so I know mine will work.
  17. It says on your travel summary. Look at the bold line just above the itinerary. Boarding begins and sailing time. It usually happens before that time. What was your boarding group time that you picked? If it was 1100-1130, for example, then you know they will try to start then. All depends when the ship has clearance and PCL is very efficient at the whole process. Usually. 🙂 First Suites and Elites, etc.
  18. Does anyone know which online testing site is still doing proctored testing with at home covid tests? Looks like OnPoint went out of business as others did after being hacked this month. EMed does if you buy their proctored test. Enhanced Voyages still require medically assisted covid tests. TIA
  19. I just scanned pic of front & back, laid them one on top of the other, did a screenshot .Screenshot uploaded no problem. Then, my latest bivalent vaccine was added to my vax QR code. So, I decided to just screenshot the QR code instead. Used my iphone. .
  20. It takes 2-3 days to populate. If you need to do something, use the website version. Or, just wait.
  21. Your cabin steward will get it for you. I actually like looking at the paper, easier than scrolling through the App. Also, they have large kiosks near the elevators, where you can check events too.
  22. Yes, it’s faster for them, they just grab it. You can tell them initially, you want 2 lobster tails with my dinner, not 2 dinners. DH always orders that way, to save them time too.
  23. 😂 I was asking @justafem because they said they don’t see wines and spirits anymore for any of their cruises. You’re too funny!
