We just had a similar case, as far as 2 booking numbers and 2 different cabin categories.
The App does show as one cruise, same ship and will be one folio. NP. As long as Cruise personalizer is correct, you’re good.
The Dining room, that’s sure to be reflected , once OB. Did you try booking DMW on the cruise personalizer for the Balcony cruise? Unless, you are covered for Signature dining benefits for the D0?

So true! We had some people who just cough, sneeze and don’t cover their mouth. Sometimes, right over the buffet food. Gross.
Lick their fingers and then pick up the buffet utensils. Gross.

It was pretty much the same menu every sea day. However, a few times they added a different choice, like James Beard french toast, or old brunch choices. This was the Sapphire, but mind you, we were on there 47 nights.
Don’t know what they do on shorter cruises. I checked it every day, just to see the options. We usually went to the IC or Alfredo’s for variety, or a light snack.
The Enchanted does NOT have to start at 9 am with dance lessons, line dancing and exercise classes. Have them in the Vista lounge. Plenty of room there.
Exercise? Go to the fitness center on 17.
This is the CD’s fault.
That, and the extremely loud games are what makes the noise so bad.
The Sky seems to be worse than the Enchanted
from comments being posted.

Very sad to hear that you had so many issues on the Sky. It really sounds like you had a staff shortage and a lot of new employees
OB. Would have been best to
address this right away, instead of waiting. But, this should not ever happen.
We’ve been on many PCL cruises and have had the best crews in the industry. We’ve sailed CCL, RC and PCL almost exclusively. Some hiccups with all of them when they give us too many new employees or on an inaugural cruise.
We know Captain Marco on the Sky and I wish he could read this.

TBH, I don’t think I’d blame this all on PCL. Sounds as though your DW’s SIL may have misspelled your name snd someone either at PCL (at checkin) or a TA/CVP
caught the error.
It is your responsibility to get your names corrected and match your passports. I would do that and make sure your loyalty numbers are correct too. Names are a big issue in the App, as they reference everything, like credit cards, PP, airlines, etc.
Once names are correct, you shouldn’t have many issues with the App. Take documents and personal information out and reenter..after names are corrected.
