  4. Please present coupons at time of purchase. All offers are limited to one use per stateroom per voyage. Coupons have no cash or onboard credit value. Cannot be used with any other discount for the same product or service. Coupons expire December 31, 2023. Bingo! That’s the verbage on our 2023 coupon book. Maybe op has a 2024 book? I’m sure they snuck this change in there!
  5. So, that’s where I got, the one per stateroom. Thanks, I knew I read that somewhere. Mine expire 2023 also. You are leaving in 2023, so they should honor it. Just check with the casino host to be sure.
  6. If you, or anyone OB, gets a chance, would you please ask JP why PCL is still a smoking casino??? Health conscious companies have no smoking casinos for guests and employees. Is it the money? Because, many of us avoid the casino because of the stench and our health. That is, if he didn’t leave already. TIA

  8. Sorry, I was corrected. 1 per guest. Funny thing is, I just used it On the Sapphire. They weren’t too sure about it. But, I thought it was only for 1. Lost my money really fast. Tight machines!😳

  10. I totally agree, but why wouldn’t PCL change it to a no smoking casino? I can only think they may worry about their bottom line…money. We ask on every ship and they always tell us…it’s corporate! So tired of hearing that excuse.
  11. Says one per guest per stateroom. So, if there are 2 of you in the cabin, only 1 can use it. If you don’t have the booklet, you will need to show the TA email that awarded you the coupon booklet.

  16. The worst was the Enchanted! Felt like Carnival. Huge piazza and filled starting at 9 am line dancing, games, etc. So loud, the bar hostess couldn’t even hear our orders, nor GS could hear us. So bad, all three levels. Too bad. Loved the ship, otherwise.
  17. I really hope you did the survey and mentioned the LOUD piazza games, dancing, etc. We hated it and couldn’t even have a conversation. TIA
  18. Did they install a glass door at the entrance to the casino? It would be at the piazza entrance. This was to be a trial to help cut off smoke from pouring into the piazza and all the dining venues. It was to be installed during dry dock in April. TIA

  21. IT is definitely messing with the App. I checked today, and see more errors than I’ve ever seen. I’m not going to touch anything, I’ll just wait for a while. It shows I have 5 cruises confirmed in my profile. No, actually I have 2. It has the wrong loyalty color for one of us. It doesn’t show the wearable medallion orders. It doesn’t show the mednet I purchased for my cruises. It DOES show I’m in the green lane for a cruise I didn’t even book. SMH I could go on and on. So, if you check the App and see these whacko errors, I’d just check the website and make sure it is correct, print your travel summary and let it go for a while. Unbelievable.
