I would not expect an answer very soon from CS. Ymmv So, you did make it on the App, it sounds like. However, if you run into this again, try the website version of the App for DMW? Cruise personalizer> check in..move down to “try our web version” right under the Google buttons. Sign in using your booking number, name, dob. Sometimes this will work, as opposed to the downloaded App.

In addition to the info provided already, you can also tell them at the port, they will bring a wheelchair around to you. Also, there is a Gray Lane, in which you will check in, and you can request a wheelchair there, if you didn’t get one sooner. I’ve seen many guests request one once they arrive at the port.

Not sure if you’re in the US, but my DH got his supporting docs about 3 weeks after the PP. I never got mine. 😳 We received our PP’s in May. I did report it, like you’re supposed to, but nothing from them. That was in July.

Yes, agree. Maybe guests on this cruise didn’t have much room, since packing for a colder climate? Although, you never know.

FYI: I am not a PCL cheerleader. As the OP said also, food is subjective. However, I agree the food should be hot and undercooked food should be sent back. The taste or type of foods eaten can vary in opinions of guests. Others have stated they’ve been pleased with the food, therefore different experiences. I was responding to a poster that was nervous now about their future cruise. Sorry you took it the wrong way.

I have seen a “live” from San Pedro, where a cruiser walked and it looked fairly flat, but don’t know if there would be hurdles for ecv’s? I would check with the Crowne Plaza, perhaps they may know. Also, you could ask about the shuttle and ecv’s? We’ve stayed there many times, never paid attention, as we catch the hotel shuttle.

I wonder if they would set up a UBD out there for you?
