  2. Yes, that is the way it is supposed to be. They took care of it….did they charge you $10 for shipping? Did you have an option, on the App for shipping to home, or only pick up at the port, when you ordered your medallion’s?

  4. No receipt by email. Go to your cruise personalizer on the website. Payment and Credit tab. Under Credit is ..Optional Gratuity Pre Payment… and clicking on Select shows tips are paid or balance 0, Print that or screenshot that page. I haven’t done this in a while, so may be a little different. Also, see if your travel summary shows anything.

  9. Yes, you would fall onto deck 9. I would rely on the Princess website for deck plans. I do not see C312 as an accessible cabin. It is possible that it’s not updated, but not likely. You can check the box (wheelchair accessible) on the Caribe deck when you check availability in PCL website. For midship caribe, it shows these as accessible cabins. Did they give you C302, perhaps? Uncheck the box now and look at availability again. You will see laundrette is across from C612 & C615. If they gave you a midship UG on the Caribe deck, that’s a nice UG. Don’t know about the accessibility issue though. If you have a TA or CVP..please have them help you with this. Don’t rely on a PCL phone agent.

  14. It is ridiculous and there way of fixing the App a few months ago. I haven’t reported it to IT again. Did that a couple of months ago, and no fix.
  15. This has been going on since they announced they would start shipping to Canada and started updating the App. Only option was to pick up at the port. The last time I was able to pay $10 for shipping was on May 14, 23 in the App. And that was for a cruise this year. The ones for next year do not have that option. Port pickup only if you’re on standard.

  19. I know, right? Same thing for us post covid. Our photographer used our beautiful arrangement we had in the cabin, instead of the 3 stem vase. 🥴
