You've only been here for less than a week. Ignore some of the people that you didn't find helpful. I looked up the post you were talking about and I would just say familiarize yourself with the forum guidelines, easy to do. There are way more helpful people here than there are snarky posters. Lots more. Give it a chance and I believe you will enjoy the site. There are so many different forums on here with tons of great information that is kept updated. From what I have been reading about the UK airports lately I wouldn't leave and try to come back. They are a complete disaster right now with mile long lines and very long waits to get processed. Example: https://www.airport-technology.com/news/heathrow-apologies-for-chaos/
